Londoner reunites with Grand Slam winner for Mixed Doubles at SW19
Harriet Dart has swiftly put her early exit at Devonshire Park behind her and is aiming to make a racquet at SW19, after announcing that she will team up with a two-time Grand Slam champion for the Wimbledon Mixed Doubles event.
The Hampstead ace, beaten in three sets in her rain-delayed opening round clash, is set to partner Joe Salisbury at the All England Club.
Dart, who sped into the 2018 Wimbledon Mixed Doubles semi-finals with Derby’s Jay Clarke, played Doubles with Salisbury at ‘Battle Of The Brits’ exhibition event at the LTA headquarters in Roehampton last August.
The 24-year-old stands a terrific chance of making an impact at the All England Club as Salisbury is world-ranked no.3 in Men’s Doubles, and earlier this month he claimed the French Open Mixed Doubles title with American Desirae Krawczyk.
