The iconic blonde bombshells of the WTA Tour, Eugenie Bouchard and Caroline Wozniacki took advantage of the sunny weather in the sleepy seaside town of Eastbourne to set up a photoshoot.
The famous white cliffs, just across the road from their hotel that will be base until they travel up to prepare for next week’s Wimbledon, were the backdrop.
Bouchard, who last appeared at Devonshire Park two years ago, was all smiles despite a disastrous 2015 that has resulted in last year’s Wimbledon finalist slipping out of the world’s top 10 following 10 defeats from her past 11 matches.
The Canadian, last season’s golden girl of the courts, is seeded #7 and is set to face American Alison Riske on Monday in her main draw debut.
Wozniacki, a former world #1 and the 2009 Eastbourne champion, is a very popular figure at Devonshire Park with the #2 seed to face one of two Qualifiers – either American Lauren Davis or Australian ace Jarmila Gajdosova.
